Take your Project Management skills to next level by playing a pivotal part in scaling a project management function within this niche full service digital agency.
You would be joining a high growth scale-up, digital agency who specialise in the pharmaceutical and health industry. Having won a number of global brands in pharmaceuticals and health, they are looking to add to their current team of two digital project managers.
This role will appeal to you if you would relish the idea of having serious input into defining and developing the process's across the full project life cycle to ensure projects are scoped properly. Working with both in-house and external development teams you will be running projects end to end and be the conduit between Dev and Marketing people with the knack of translating techinical language to non-technical people..

Typical campaigns would include-
1) Creating Webinar campaigns
Creating digital assets- websites, microsites etc
Creating campaigns across Paid, Social, Email
Work with stakeholders to run technical rehearsals
Develop promotional landing pages
Creating post webinar reports

15 existing websites broadly aligned to brand but not performing from an engagement and content perspective
UX/UI audit with view to progressing to a full redesign and build
Experience of Assana would be good but alternatively Monday.com, Jira Projects rather then just Excel.
You’ll be a natural communicator to develop relationships both externally and internally and persuasive enough to educate people on the benefits of using PM.
Package is £45-55k plus a 20% bonus split as follows-
10% paid 1/4rly based on company profits. This has been paid every quarter for the last two years
10 % paid annually paid yearly and on personal performance.

The role is 90% remote with visits to the office for team meeting 1-2 times per year.
