Description
You would be joining a public transport infrastructure business who are on an exciting journey of digital transformation.
You would be the first Product Manager with the opportunity to shape and scale the Product function for the business. Initially, with the support of external agencies before scaling a team.
You’d be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to prioritise, manage and execute a pipeline of digital initiatives across all areas of the business.
You’ll lead the business on a mission to put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Using your product management expertise to identify improvements for the customer experience across the virtual and physical estate.

You'll lead the charge on identifying and delivering digital projects that solve real customer and business needs. That means running workshops, mapping customer journeys, and working with stakeholders to translate ideas into reality.
You’ll be passionate about creating customer-centric digital solutions. You'll get to flex your agile and lean muscles and upskill the digital team along the way.
This role can shape the future of their digital ecosystem. You'll define how they work and build something great from the ground up.
Some things that would be great for this role-
- Track record of creating and delivering high impact digital projects
- Great at discovery techniques including user story mapping, data analysis with the ability to translate business goals into technology solutions
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Agile knowledge to lead its implementation
- A customer-first mindset - you always design for the end-user
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence etc
- The drive to make things happen
