Let’s get to know each other. It’s important to figure out if we’re the right fit and if I’m the best person to represent you. We’ll run through your experience, career aspirations and development goals on an introductory call.

I’ll present opportunities to you that I think would be suited to your profile and consult you as to why I’ve chosen them.

I’ll guide you through the interview process, from the prep, feedback, and offer negotiation. We’ll take the time to discuss your concerns and ensure that you feel completely “sure” in your decision before making the move. 

If you need help with handing in your notice and managing your exit, I can assist you with that too.

When you start your new role, I’ll be there with you each step of the way. It’s crucial to check-in and ensures that you’re settling in well. Any questions? We can work through them together.
