We’d like to introduce you to a household travel brand who are truly market-leading innovators in their specialist niche in global travel. Operating three major brands from their UK HQ based in Weybridge, Surrey they are looking to recruit a Customer Data Analyst to be the driving force in putting the customer at the heart of their strategy.
Your role would be supporting the marketing team and wider business in providing customer-focused analysis and insights to support wider sales and marketing activities. You will love working with large and varied data sources and provide insights into how key segments of the customer base are growing, what type of people are the business’s customers and how can they really add value to their existing service. This is a pivotal role in shaping the customer marketing strategy of a major brand..
The company is heavily invested in Salesforce/Siebel and continue to expand rapidly in this area, so this would really suit an analyst who thrives off extracting and manipulating data from enterprise-level databases and manipulating them into key insights for business.
As well as being able to conduct statistical analysis and create models from large datasets if you are proficient in R/or Python or similar we would really love to speak to you.
