Cloudsource would love to introduce you to an award winning  business who have enjoyed huge success and strong year on year growth. They have recently secured over £50m worth of investment to take the business to the next level and secure its position as market leader in the niche.

With a plan in place to rapidly expand their Digital division and the promotion of their current SEO Manager to Head of SEO they have a  position for a SEO Manager. Managing a team of SEO Executives and Analysts your objective would be grow the customer bookings through SEO. You would have ownership of a significant budget for SEO and take ownership of the SEO strategy through your razor edge knowledge of emerging trends, best practice and technology to develop and drive a Organic Search strategy that maximises ROI and grows this well established and vital channel for the business.

In return you have the full support of a Senior Management Team committed to Digital and work on a ROI based model for future spend and team growth- which means the opportunities for growth of channel and team are really what you make them.  To be a major success in the role, it’s likely you'll be able to say yes to most of the following-

Experience of managing an SEO team to deliver growth

Able to inspire, train and develop new SEO team members and mentor existing team members
Capable of creating and implementing an SEO strategy
Experience of tracking and managing SEO expenditure to ensure it remains within budget
Comfortable sourcing and working with data in order to find actionable and commercially effective opportunities to improve SEO rankings and generate incremental revenue
Strong technical understanding (able to interface directly with IT)
Proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns with tangible business benefit
Preferably experience in Digital PR including list building, pro-active and reactive online PR

Capable of defining and implementing a creative content strategy taking into account audience and personas with a focus on engagement
Strong knowledge of fundamental SEO theory
Experience of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and major link platforms
Ability to influence others and be an internal ambassador for SEO, ensuring other departments understand SEO best practice
Experience of working within a fast-paced, delivery orientated business with a focus on performance
Operate independently and proactively with a positive can-do attitude
