Do you have CRM experience in direct mail and/or email? Are you looking for a new challenge, where you would play an integral part in launching a new direct mail strategy and integrating this with email and user journey in order to produced triggered, high targeted campaigns? then this could be the role you are looking for.
You’d be a joining a very successful, niche online travel company based in the heart of Chester. The company has enjoyed huge success and has recently secured £multi million funding to in order to become market leader in its sector. The culture is typical of an online business, supportive, relaxed, informal and collaborative with odd bean bag and football table thrown in for good measure.
You would be working on delivering both email and direct mail campaigns, using personalisation and trigger campaigns to improve the engagement of its existing customers to drive bookings and increase rebook rate.
The direct mail side of the business is relatively small at the moment but due to opportunities arising out of GDPR and the re-emergence of direct mail as a highly effective channel, the company are keen to build this, so you would have the scope to really stamp your mark and build something you can call your own.
You’ll need bags of initiative with the personality take on projects and see them through to completion.
Ideally you will have experience in both direct mail and email but we’d also love to talk to you if you have direct mail experience with an interest in developing your knowledge of the email side of the business.
